Ronald Wayne Alexander, 51, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018.
Mr. Ronald Wayne Boulware-Alexander, son of Bobbie J. Alexander and Ronald Boulware, Sr., was born on January 24, 1967, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He departed this life on November 1, 2018 at Aldersgate Hospice House with his family by his side.
Ronald, affectionately known as “Ron”, attended public school in the Mecklenburg County School System.
For many years, Ron was a private contractor. He had multiple talents. He was an amazing and skillful master lawncare extraordinaire. He proudly and unselfishly shared his life with coaching and developing young kids in the art of Pop-Warner Football. Ron was a lovable person, to know him was to love him.
Ronald Wayne Boulware-Alexander was preceded in death by adoptive father, Robert Alexander, Jr.; his maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Theodore and Mildred Baskin; and his paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. James and Camilla Boulware; two uncles, Charles Baskin and Theordore Baskin, Jr.
He leaves to mourn his memory his mother, Ms. Bobbie J. Alexander; father, Mr. Ronald Boulware, Sr.; two brothers, Scottie Alexander (Lenora) and Javier Alexander; two sisters, Sharon Boulware and Cheryl Lewis; three aunts, Ms. Dorothy Baskin, Mrs. Peggy Lee (Andrew), and Mrs. Margel Anderson (John). Loving friends, Ms. Joan Patrick and Mr. Sa’ig Patrick; devoted cousins and friends who cared dearly.
A public viewing for Mr. Alexander will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm, at Boston’s Mortuary 4300 Statesville Road, Charlotte, North Carolina 28269.
The funeral service for Mr. Alexander will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018, at The Mission Church of the Lord,
3039 Amay James Ave, Charlotte, North Carolina 28208. The visitation will begin at 11:30 am and the funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Interment immediately following service at Sunset Memory Garden 8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, North Carolina 28227.
